Because expats special needs children dont have any públic school where their needs are attended in english and dutch ,so their children's rights to have Education are failing. Only private schools attend in english but their fees are not afordable by the regular familias, and also those schools are not under the onderwijs umbrella system so they refuse accepting children with special needs, its discriminatory but nobody does nothing about that. Internacional schools should be under the law

There isnt nothing wrong about opening one of the many empty buileings in the área to provide special needs children un dutch and english special onderwijs and day care, therapies and social activities. Thousand of children are isolated at home when they could be together un one building, in this way the Gemeentes sabe money, and the parents can stop being a begeleider taking benefits and start work and paying taxes . Everybody win.
